Copy of the Government Memo in the refferences DEOs and POS are instructed to
issue necessary orders to MEOs and Headmasters in their districts to take
immediate action according to the orders issued. In the orders there clearly
mentioned that Headmasters may use Gram Panchayath Existing Sweepers to clean
School Premises including Toilets and sanitation grants should be paid to them
for their services
